Azure outage 2026-10-27
Resolved - The network issue at our cloud provider, Microsoft Azure, has been resolved, and all CluePoints services are fully restored and operating normally. We have confirmed platform stability across all products.

Update - Microsoft has implemented a fix for the network issue, and services across the CluePoints platform have been restored. Users should now be able to access the application normally.

Our engineering team is closely monitoring platform stability and verifying that all products are operating as expected. Some users may still see brief residual effects as systems fully recover. If you continue to experience issues, please contact CluePoints Support.

Investigating - We are currently experiencing a major outage affecting the entire CluePoints platform. Users may be unable to access the application, and services may be unavailable or severely degraded.

Our initial investigation indicates the issue is related to a network outage at our cloud provider, Microsoft Azure. Our engineering team is actively engaged, working with Microsoft, and assessing mitigation options.
